The 6 Phases of Our Craftsmanship
Our production is rooted in intention and precision. Each batch is carefully crafted using clean ingredients and controlled processes to deliver consistent, real results.
Oil Phase
This is where every formula begins. Oils and butters are carefully selected and gently heated to the ideal temperature, ensuring consistency, stability, and maximum skin-loving benefits in every batch.
Lye Phase
The lye solution is precisely measured and prepared with care. This step requires accuracy and respect, as it activates the transformation that turns raw ingredients into true soap.
Emulsion Phase
When oils and lye meet, they are blended until fully emulsified. This phase ensures both elements bind properly, creating a stable foundation for a smooth, balanced soap.
Trace Phase
At trace, the mixture thickens and the formula comes to life. This is the moment when clays, botanicals, and functional additives are incorporated to enhance performance, feel, and skin benefits.
Gel Phase
During gel phase, the soap naturally warms as saponification continues. This stage deepens color, strengthens structure, and completes the internal chemical process.
Cure Phase
Time does the final work. Bars are cured for several weeks, allowing excess moisture to evaporate and the soap to harden, resulting in a longer-lasting bar with a gentler, more luxurious cleanse.
